This year’s exhibition and conference will take place November 26-29, 2018, at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

  • Technology Pavilion exhibit hours:
    • Monday, November 26 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
    • Tuesday, November 29 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

AutoMobility LA is a four-day business-to-business event attended by industry and media professionals each year. Following AutoMobility LA, the show transforms into the Los Angeles Auto Show, a ten-day experiential marketplace that is open to the public.

Determine your target audience(s). Choose AutoMobility LA if you are interested in reaching press and trade professionals (automotive and technology executives, investors, media, etc.), and Los Angeles Auto Show if you are looking to engage influential consumers.

Choose whether to become an exhibitor and/or sponsor of AutoMobility LA. Exhibit areas are available inside the Technology Pavilion, “The Garage” and the Los Angeles Convention Center atriums, meeting rooms and outdoor areas.  Please note: exhibit space in South, Petree and West Halls is not available.  In addition to customized packages, several existing opportunities are available for sponsorship each year.

AutoMobility LA has each year’s content (keynotes and thought leadership panels) curated by an advisory board of industry/media professionals and a conference director. There are no “pay-for-play” speaking opportunities at the show.  The show typically opens its call for speaker nominations during the first quarter of the year when hundreds of submissions are received and reviewed by the advisory board.  Speakers are confirmed and announced over the course of the year (leading up to the conference in November).  If you are interested in seeing past speakers, please visit our 2016 Conference Playlist.

Due to the industry’s growing demand for auto-tech content, show organizers have created the Technology Pavilion, a 50,000-square foot temporary structure located in Gilbert Lindsay Plaza (just outside the Los Angeles Convention Center). The Technology Pavilion is home to auto-tech exhibits, networking events and the thought leadership conference.  During the Los Angeles Auto Show, the Technology Pavilion is converted into venue for consumer-facing activations.  For more information about exhibiting in GO, please contact Senior Exhibit Sales Manager, Joceline Arnold.

Exhibitor load-in will begin November 22, 2017; load-out will begin November 28, 2017.  For more details, please refer to the 2017 AutoMobility LA Exhibitor Kit

Each exhibitor will receive two “AutoMobility LA Conference & Vehicle Debut” passes ($1250/pass) for every 100 square feet of exhibit space. The number of passes will vary per sponsorship package.

Exhibitors interested in launching a product/service or with an important announcement may request a press conference slot. If approved by the show’s communications team, your press conference time/location will be promoted across several channels and listed in the official schedule for media and industry professionals to attend.

With cities around the world adopting multimodal transportation systems, established automakers and newcomers are introducing innovations that are reimagining the way we go from A to B. Curated by show management, “GO” is a destination that features the latest smart mobility devices and apps that move us and with us.  Located inside the Los Angeles Convention Center’s South Hall Atrium, GO is on display each year during the show’s trade and consumer days.  For more information about exhibiting in GO, please contact Senior Exhibit Sales Manager, Joceline Arnold.

Show organizers curate one of the world’s largest and most eclectic collections of renowned tuners, customizers, aftermarket goods and services, motorsport and automotive lifestyle groups.  Dubbed “The Garage,” this aftermarket showcase is located within the Los Angeles Convention Center’s Kentia Hall. The AutoMobility LA Test Drives feature vehicles for side-by-side test drives on open city streets around the show venue from Tuesday through Thursday.  Exhibitors also use this experiential program to demonstrate in-vehicle technologies/innovations such as autonomous capabilities, radar-based object detection, etc.

Each year, AutoMobility LA honors ten companies that are redefining mobility, converging business sectors and driving change in transportation. Chosen from thousands of newcomers to the auto-tech scene, these ten startups receive a tremendous amount of media exposure and the opportunity to promote their innovations on AutoMobility LA’s global stage.  Click here to learn more about this program.

An area of the Technology Pavilion’s exhibit floor dedicated to companies on the forefront of automotive/transportation design (includes suppliers and partners that work with automakers’ advanced design and developer groups). Exhibitors that are part of the Design & Developer cluster will also be open on Wednesday, November 29 (7:00 am – 9:00 am and 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm).
