Manuela Papadopol is responsible for business development and global communications for Elektrobit (EB). She serves as an advisory board member for the Connected Car Expo (affiliated with Automobility LA) and is an active member of Women in Automotive Technology, an organization created to connect, educate and drive the future of the automotive industry. Manuela also holds a patent in voice-activated acquisition of non-local content and was named one of Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching in 2016 and 2016 Women of IoT in Marketing.
In her previous tenure as EB’s director of global marketing, the company dramatically expanded its global presence. Prior to joining EB, Papadopol served as a global marketing manager for automotive programs at Microsoft and as global marketing manager at the Tweddle Group. She began her business career in public relations and marketing at BMW in 1996 moving to Mercedes Benz as a public relations manager in 2000.
